Halloween 2020

Postby matmico399 » September 22nd, 2020, 4:20 pm

With all the covid crap going on, I'm a little worried that this year it will suck. Outside of Christmas it is my favorite holiday of the year, much like the Critic. I will still put up Halloween decorations on the front porch and in the house. I will still get a pumpkin and carve a Jack-o-Lantern and buy candy. But if there are no trick or treaters something major will be missing. I just hope a few kids come.AMC Fear Fest will always help. I look forward to that every year. Nothing but horror movies all day long all month long. How do you feel about Halloween this year?

Normally I had some kind of Halloween party which gives me an excuse to go a little crazy with the Halloween decorations. This year I've toned it down quite a bit but I'm still putting some out some decorations and lights, as you can see in the other thread. And I will be playing scary games and watching scary movies, so it won't be that much different. Not expecting many Trick-or-Treaters but I will be ready with candy.

And of course, pumpkin coffee and beer.

It's lights out and no trick or treaters this year. I'll clean up the tossed eggs from the tricksters the next day. It's not worth catching something from the little Covid carriers.

<I say that as I've got a 4 year old little critter myself, one little carrier is enough>
