Mandalorian Season 2 (SPOILER ALERT)

So after overhearing people talk about this (some girl at the liquor store said she was crying at the end) I thought I'd better watch season 2 before somebody spills the beans.

My Disney+ membership had lapsed but I restarted just so I could watch season 2. I watched the whole season today. It was only 8 episodes.

I have to say it was really good... but crying at the end? I think the final scene was touching, but c'mon. I was actually terrified something awful would happen to Baby Yoda.

Thoughts?

Season 2 is better than the first in my opinion. In regards to the final episode, all I can say is I wished they hadn't used the technology they did. That's all I can say, as I don't want to spoil it for people who haven't seen it yet.

My wife outright bawled and I teared up a bit. And this was even knowing what was going to happen in advance since my wife has become obsessed with Baby Yoda memes and accidentally learned the ending. Damn is that Baby Yoda (yes, I know it's really Grogu) adorable though!

I'm still not 100% certain of the timeline of the show though. I'm guessing between Episode 6 and 7?
