The micro machines. I could almost feel their pain when They stepped on them.

This may not be a trap but my favorite scene was th BB gun through the dog door. I laughed so hard as a kid seeing that scene play out in the movie theater know exactly where he was going to shoot.
Good times.

I really like when he pays for the pizza using the VHS recording. Watching that pizza guy (and later, the burglar) falling all over the place trying to escape non-existent machine gun fire was hilarious.

Oh yeah, that part makes me laugh out loud too. "Keep the change, ya filthy animal". But I think the funniest moment for me is the tarantula on Marv's face, and he screams like a girl.

Or how about the 99% of the traps from Home Alone 2, which would have resulted in permadeath?

Re: Your favorite Home Alone traps
Had to dig a little to find it again, but its worth a watch:
Honest Action - Home Alone
Tallies all the real life injuries Harry and Marv would suffer from each trap in both movies, and features a fatality count for each time an injury would cause instant death or many stacked up would lead to death. Merry Christmas!
I'm not sure I could choose a favourite trap. I quite like the double fake-out as they're pretending to go upstairs in Home Alone 2 (Right in the schnoz!). But nothing will ever beat almost any line Tim Curry reads. If counts as vaguely 'trap' related, the whole "I love you!" bit with the old movie callback is great.
Nothing beats his read of "Have a lOvEly dAaahy!" in one of the lobby scenes, though, gets me every time.
