The trailer is out, and looking good:

So, what do you guys think? Also, do you really believe this will be Daniel Craig's last time in the role?
It seems to me he claims that after every movie. I think it gives him leverage to negotiate salary.

The new trailer has me pumped up. This has been a long wait. I was worried they were going to delay again, but the trailer dropping has me thinking it will actually come out in October.

I do think it's Craig's last Bond movie. I don't know that he actually likes doing them. He's extremely good, but at the recent rate of release (COVID not withstanding) he'd be somewhere around 57 or so when the next one would come out. That is Roger Moore territory, and I don't think it would be believable anymore.

I am curious about a new James Bond. It will probably be someone younger than me (42 currently), which will be a seismic shift. Hopefully I will still get the enjoyment out of them that I always have, but it's possibly they'll be speaking to a younger audience and I won't be the target demographic anymore. Which, at some point, is inevitable if they want the franchise to continue.

He’s my favorite bond, but it’s time to move on. He is fantastic in non-bond roles as well, and surprisingly great with comedy. I’m really excited for Knives Out 2 as well.

Here’s a SNL exclusive trailer of the new bond movie.
