Here's a great new addition to the Halloween special.

This game is epic. Let me know what you think.

One thing I'll give this game is that it and Heisenberg's section introduced me to Frankenstein's Army. Decent film with squandered potential but amazing practical effects.
If anything, I feel like this game was more derivative than inspired than RE7, to the point of someone threatening lawsuits over plagiarism. I could easily tell Capcom wanted to bank off RE4 and Silent Hill, and I could only go out of my way to find any obscure horror film references like the Frankenstein Army enemies. Looks like a fantastic game that I may pick up on PS5 eventually (because Capcom screwed over PC users,) but I'll be holding out for that tried and true Silent Hill game. Even if it's for another decade...

I think Biohazard house, the last one turned me off the series. also res 2 where they took the spiders out. So when it is £5 I might give it a look... edit, I see this one got a good review. I might look at it at Christmas.

The last game I really enjoyed in this series was RE5. 6 was bad and 7 wasn't much better. This game sounds right up my alley. I luv the fact that there are so many ghosts. I am an avid ghost fanatic and believe they do exist. The review is great and I look forward to playing this one. And I luv the fact you called this one Epic.

I could probably just google this, but is it only on PS4 or is this available on other systems? I don't have a PS4 but do have an Xbox One that just collects dust. This looks seriously impressive.

Is this an FMV game or are the graphics just that good?

Whats the play time? With two young kids 15-25 hour games are my sweet spot these days. TY

@Alucard1191 it's on Xbox One, S/X as well, which is what i'll probably grab it for.

The game is available for the PS4 and Xbox One, along with the newer consoles.

It's not FMV.

Play time is about 10-12 hours.

Fantastically written review. I will try this game when I get a chance but I must admit to being a crumbling mess when it comes to horror games. I did well surviving an hour of vr RE7 but I went into that with a different mindset.
