I just realized I forgot to review the two-player head-to-head mode in Top Gun 2. I'm having guys over tomorrow so we'll give it a whirl.

I like that first paragraph of the Top Gun review. I mean, between old golf games or old combat flight simulators... they gotta be vying for #1 and #2 of the worst 8-bit and 16-bit genres to revisit in 2022. But hey, that's what we have your reviews for. I gotta admit, that Top Gun review has me pretty interested, even if it's setting me up for disappointment.

By the way, I went back and modified the Top Gun Second Mission review to include information about the head-to-head versus mode. Not bad.

Top Gun was a dud. I don’t care for those games to begin with, but the landing was gamebreaking. I landed probably 2 out of a 100 tries. Even back then I would’ve picked any game to play over that one.
