You guys seemed to enjoy my re-review of Namco Museum 1, so here are the next two!

Vol. 2 got a grade bump from C to B. Vol. 3 remains at a B+.

Thoughts? What say you??

Gaplus is the sequel to Galaga - was also known as Galaga 3. And yes, the game is much harder than Galaga.

Phozon was put on the Galloping Ghost Arcade floor a few months ago. There's been a battle for the house high, currently sitting around 417k. It's much harder than it looks.

Your sub-pictures got swapped (e.g., Pole Position II shows up under Vol 2, but should be under Vol 3).

Really glad to see Vol. 2 get an upgrade. When I was a kid, I was obsessed with Super Pac-Man, and is still my favorite Pac-Man game and one of my fave arcade games period. In my head, I would give all of the PS1 Namco Museum games an A, except maybe just a B or B+ for Vol. 4 which is a bit weaker. But to me, the weird obscure games is what makes it all worthwhile.

When you replay Vol. 4, make sure to try and play the hidden game Assault Plus and see if that might improve your grade for it.

I know you weren't super hyped on The Legend of Valkyrie in Vol. 5, but to me that game is the hidden gem of all hidden gems. Maybe it's just because of the music. But I really like all five games on the Vol. 5 disc. Hope this grade goes up too. Did I mention that you can play Xevious but with a Dragon? Also, if you like jumping over Coke cans, give Metro-Cross a try. And did you know that the star of Baraduke is Dig-Dug's wife? I'm not even remotely kidding. Baraduke is awesome because it's so wacked-out. And what's not to love about a 3D Pac-Man game where you can jump over the ghosts?

I used to love Volume 3 when I was younger!

In addition to the games, I got lost in just exploring the museum and the little hubs each game had before starting. The amount of stuff you can interact with, and learning about Namco's rich history, combined with the quality of games makes this a top shelf compilation in my book.

So do you guys agree #3 is best? How would you rank them?

My honest opinion: Vol3 is best, then Vol1, then who cares.

My experience with the series is limited, but yeah, Vol. 3 is my favorite
