Takes off admin hat. Places it on the table.
I have the first game. I got it cheap. Download only. I found it to be utterly tedious. The critic liked it. I am intrigued about how bad this game is. Take away the supposed casual racism of the French studio, it just sounds boring. Though it is interesting, that the POV is from an American. So perhaps, the POV from Britisher, like myself might be different.
Though if it is £2 on disc, I might get it. (£18 in Cex, so no chance). I have Golum, so I do not need another duff game.
If you think that is bad, and woke (whatever that is) try tell me why, game about two LGBTQ characters. They want to come out in a game fine. Though, why does the game have to be so boring. Lol. Cue, loads of people getting annoyed about Vid game characters and me pointing out, that it is only a game.
I played South of midnight and the game features, an African American woman as the lead character. What did I think was daft about the game, her? No. She went out in a hurricane in a T shirt. Now that is just plain daft.
Am I woke, well I woke up this morning and made myself a latte. Lol

I disagree but whatever floats your personal boat.
There is no disagreeing. I stated facts, not opinions. You can still be mad about it, that's fine, but you can't dispute what I said isn't true.

This is a good point. Star Trek going all the way back to the original series had a very diverse cast. Heck, Captain Kirk even kissed Uhuru at one point...in 1968! All the people complaining here about "woke" and "DEI" crap would be complaining about the same thing back then. What's "woke" today is normal now. Today, we would call the people complaining about this stuff racists.

I love Star Trek! I especially love the one episode where Mr. Spock whips out his lightsaber and slays a Dalek just because the Dalek was snoring too loud. Also, I like a good curry.
Since I’ve already added so much, I’ll add one more: VGC, in the first paragraph of this review, “installment” should be plural.

Well anytime I see a thread in these forums with 45 posts, I know the topic can only be one of two things. Not going to read them all to find out. I’ll just assume it’s the first one: Critic gave Mario 64 a B- again.
