Here's another Halloween leftover. Not a bad game!

Instead of "more the same" I think you meant "more of the same." Good review. I prefer my Castlevanias to be 2D, but I may have to give this one a try.

I can't help but think that the Command & Conquer review right below it is missing a little bit of information.
It declares that the load times are minimal and is praised for such (mostly against the PS1 version, I admit), yet it has an icon for long load times?

I've watched a friend play this game back in the day and I wasn't too impressed. I guess after a slew of 2D Castlevania games it can be pretty hard to switch to a 3D game. Still, I enjoyed the line where you said the guy walked like he had a pole up his ass. Good review and funny.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I fixed the typo and the Command and Conquer icon too.

Both of these Nintendo 64 Castlevania games are among my favorites... especially the first one. I did actually like it better than the second one.

Why do you like the first one better?

I'm also curious...doesn't the second one have the first one in it basically?
I like the first one as the odd cult title it is...it's just that damn level where you have to take the exploding jar from one side of the level to the other and back that really kills the fun factor of the whole game.
