Goosebumps, who knew!  I wasn't aware that such a game even existed, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see that it's at least halfway decent.  But I'm even more surprised that it was even made... While some things from my generation still have appeal today (Ninja Turtles being a prime example), Goosebumps isn't exactly a series that people are clamoring to re-visit.  And while the recent TMNT revival has worked out on Nickelodeon, all of R.L. Stine's attempts to revive Goosebumps with subsequent generations have failed miserably.

Still, it's cool to see this review.  I grew up at the perfect age to get sucked into the Goosebumps fad-- I was in 4th thru 6th grade at the peak of the series, and owned and read each of the 62 books.  Of all the books, the first Horrorland book is probably the one most conducive to being made into a video game.  In the mid-90s, there was also a pretty decent FMV game for the PC called Escape from Horrorland.. me and my cousin played through it over and over again.  But weirdly, for me, Goosebumps just doesn't have the same nostalgic value of other things from growing up...I still might pick up this game though just for the heck of it.  Thanks Critic.
