I highly recommend trying Virtual Pinball for Genesis.

I really don't care if you review it critic but at least try it, as I think this game would be right up your alley. In your reviews you seem to really enjoy video pinball games (I do as well). Virtual Pinball for the Genesis has 29 different tables and even a Table Editor where you can create your own table. Even better is the game has battery backup to save your tables. The physics feel "right". My favorite video pinball is Dragon's Fury and this is not Dragons Fury but this one is worth a go. It's made by EA and honestly I was very surprised when I saw you haven't reviewed the game. The game only sells for around $5 on ebay.
