Nice reviews. I can't see how they messed up something like Expendables 2... Shoot things and try and make it silly and entertaining. Boom. Good to go. The Michael Phelps game seems interesting if I ever pick up a Kinect. Good reviews.

The last sentence for the Expendables 2 review is one I heavily disagree with. There is absolutely just as much shovelware on the retail gaming market as there is in the digital market. There aren't a lot of downloadable game reviews on the site (and for some reason all of them are for Xbox 360, even though Sony and Nintendo have a ton of their own), and the few that are reviewed here are relatively obscure titles that not a lot of people picked up anyway. Downloadable hits like Super Meat Boy, Hotline Miami, Mega Man 9 and 10, Spelunky, Shadow Complex, Castle Crashers, and countless others all prove that there are plenty of games on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network worth playing. The Critic, on the other hand, appears to be picking downloadable titles out of a hat, and therefore coming to an unfair conclusion about the market as a whole.

I don't think it's an unfair assessment, yes there are some good downloadable titles like Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, Marlow Briggs and Alien Rage, but there's also some of the worst crap you can imagine on Steam that easily dwarfs any physical game(I.E. Slaughtering Grounds, Day One: Garry's Incident).
