Bomberman 64 has not aged well, I'll admit that.. Playing it today it is really difficult to get into but when it first came out I though it was the best Bomberman game ever made aside from Super Bomberman on SNES, It's sequel The Second Attack! is a step up but again not very exciting unless you are a hardcore Bomberman player.
International Superstar Soccer? Eh, I ain't much on sports games but I do turn them on to go back in time to the 1990's and early 2000's, It is better than FIFA 64 or any of the FIFA n64 games or even the playstation soccer games but roughly speaking only collectors would find interest in the game.

I recently found out that there was a 3d Bomberman platformer on the N64 called Bomberman Hero. While I haven't yet been able to give it a try, that might be more to your liking.
Seems to be somewhat unknown, but reasonably well liked by those that have played it.

In 1997 I saw pictures of ISS 64 and I thought it was the best soccer game ever! (After Super Sidekicks...) However, I owned a Saturn and never got to play it. But I had good times with Sega Worldwide Soccer!

I tried ISS and the controls are so bad it's basically a worthless game. It's one of many extreme N64 sports disappointments. Knowing what I know now, I should've gotten a Saturn. There sports games look awesome, especially the baseball ones and Sega Worldwide Soccer.

Nah I love my Saturn but the sports games weren’t very good. The PS1 was the best sports system of that generation by a mile. ISS was on there, which morphed into Pro Evolution Soccer the slickest football game of that generation. We spent hours on that.

The PS1 sports games were serviceable for the time. But right now I literally can't think of a more boring type of game to play than a PS1 sports game. Every sport has been done noticeably better on other systems.
