With two more players to choose from and better looking graphics I never even gave the Genesis version a chance. I was very surprised the Critic actually preferred the Genesis version.

The excellent original arcade version of Sunset Riders has been announced for an Arcade Archives release. :D

I'd love to play the original, but what is Arcade Archives? Some online thing?

It's a digital program from developer/publisher Hamster that sells emulated arcade classics for $8 a pop on the Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Windows.
