Hope you enjoy my latest set of Saturn reviews. These two have been sitting in my queue for many years. Glad to push them out! I think they turned out pretty good.

I agree! Too bad the games were such complete turkeys. :D Thanks for suffering through them; always glad to see more Saturn reviews.

Did you know that Twisted Metal's original title was High Octane? Found that out in one of the "lost endings" of the original PS1 game. It's found in the Sweet Tooth ending, which I can give you here:

Not a lot of positive reviews lately! I have a soft spot for Hi-Octane on the PC (and F-Zero/Wipeout wannabes in general), but the Saturn version looks a lot worse. Wasn't Cyber Speedway underwhelming enough?

I had Hi-Octane for the Saturn growing up. Even then I wondered why I couldn't see more than a couple vehicle lengths ahead of me. I lump it in with games like Stellar-Fire for the Sega CD. Kinda blew my mind with early 3D graphics but both are best left in the past as memories.

Man... the saturn is a hard system to love. Just scrolling through the lists of games you've reviewed, there is a lot of pretty bad grades in there.
