The graphics from the screenshot kind of reminds me of “Flashback” for the Genesis and it’s sister game I can’t recall the title of (I kept getting killed by the little deadly worms).
It has an almost cel quality to it.

Another World (
Out of This World in the States). It definitely has a very European, Amiga-esque look.
