2020/6/20: Atari 7800: Rikki & Vikki
Let's hear your thoughts on this intriguing new Atari 7800 title! It comes in an orange translucent cartridge. I should probably include a picture of that.

Graphically, the best of the system. Incredible game!!!

Looks fab. I might have to dig out the 7800 and see if it still works. The review makes the game seem essential. Up there with the class titles like Planet Smashers!

The developer said that this was his answer to his disappointment with the system - otherwise, it might have wound up on the Genesis, which was the other console with the 320 mode he needed. This game can't run on the stock hardware, but neither could most of the best NES games.
It's kind of like peering into an alternative timeline where Atari created memory mappers to compete with Nintendo.
Also, the Steam version allows saving, if memory serves.
EDIT: Holy spit. That final boss fight is the most epic thing I've ever seen in authentic 8-bits.

Great review of a game that I’ve never heard of on a system that’s always fascinated me. The pic of the game looks amazing for a 7800 game.
