The arcade game had three mazes...the third a homage to the original Pac-man. Starting in maze 7 however, mazes are blacked out and only the dots and outer walls visible.

I played the arcade version of "Baby Pac-Man" a lot back in the day. It was an interesting concept, but in all honesty, the pinball portion was one of the clunkiest and most unforgiving pinball adaptations I'd ever experienced. The video game portion was bland and uninteresting. Because power capsules were earned by the already difficult pinball portion, the video game portion itself was harder than usual. Pac-Man Jr. was much better.

Of course, I had NO idea that there was a home console version of the game with the pinball in tact via simulation. EDIT: And I see that's because it's a homebrew. Pretty interesting.
