Critic I know you typically don't want to download games but I'd highly recommend picking up the eshop release of the arcade game on switch or PS4. I think you might like it as it was intended.

I love Karate Champ! Sure it’s awful today, but back then there was no Street Fighter. This is one of those games that was pretty fun back then, but only good for nostalgia today.
Kudos - props & much love to the poster who posted the pic of Ogre and Van Damn. Blood sport is the best Van Damn movie Ever! Too bad there wasn’t a scene with Bolo playing Karate Champ too.
