...I found it strange that you mentioned ORDYNE was on Namco Museum PSX CD #4, but not that SAMURAI GHOST is also on that disc! In it's short lived arcade form, it had another name... THE GENJI AND THE HEIKE CLANS... but it is DEFFINITELY the same game, right down to the cackling old witch!

You stated that the turbo switches had a bad effect on Super Star Soldier's gameplay. Why? Did it make the game too easy?

No, it shortened the range of the laser (to about an inch) because you need to hold down the fire button to have it spread the full distance.

If you like Super Star Soldier, then try [B]Soldier Blade[/B]. I don't know if it actually a sequel or not, but it looks and plays like it. It's hand-down one of the best shooters on the TG-16, which is saying a lot.

Thanks for the reviews on the other TG-16 games. I'd not played either, but will have to give 'em a shot.
