in super challenge baseball, there are only 8 fielders... not 9 but still a huge improvement over 3

plus you can hit homeruns in the game, here is a video

Well I can't say I'm happy with these awfull ratings, but I'm definitely not surprised by them. These aren't stellar games by any means. Although strangely, I find myself playing the Miner 2049er games quite often. Perhaps I just need a good ass kicking every once in a while. In any case, it's always nice to see new 2600 reviews. And as usual, your reviews for the games you don't like are very funny. I especially like Scott's comment for Super Challenge Baseball regarding the special algorithm M Network used to make the graphics extra blocky. That's funny!

I remember quite liking Miner 2049.  I am not sure that ittook its inspiration from Donkey Kong and its miles better that the AtariDonkey Kong D+.

I think you are being too hard on the games....

Though you are right about the baseball being rubbish... after all its a boring game that no one watches (apart fromthe Americans).... a bit like Cricket....

If Miner sucked then why did U spend big money to get Minor II?

I didn't.  I used a Harmony Cart.
You shouldn't always jump to conclusions.

The Harmony Cart is a cartridge that lets you play downloaded 2600 ROMs on your actual Atari 2600 machine.  It allows me to review super-rare games.

Harmony carts are cool.Basically they are a SD card adapter for the 2600.

@ Critic, does it work for the 7800 as well?
