This is the first I've heard of these, but I assume there are the same game released for the new "Atari VCS".
I wonder if these are any good?

Re: Atari Recharged Series?
If you check my post for the Stadia, you will see I reviewed a few of them.
I liked Asteroids and Centipede. Remember they are only £8 normally. Also, if you follow the links on your PC and attach an Xbox joypad you can play the games for 30 mins to see if you like them.
Vastly overpriced for what they are. I felt they were basically mobile phone games. They are fun but limited. In some cases such as Black Widow, I thought the 1980 game had better graphics and gameplay. Breakout was a horrible monochrome fake vector scan take on super break out with a lot of arkanoid in it. Missile command is the 2 dollar mobile game. Paying $35 is a joke.

I haven't played those game, but I thing it's ridiculous they didn't include all those games on one collection, which was very well possible.

Free to play on your phone! I think you can upgrade for $2. If you have a recent phone it will probably have a higher resolution that the switch can produce on the move. I just played it. It is good but remember how MC used waves? This one is continuous. So you do not last that long. Worth it for Free but it would have to have a major upgrade for it to be worth $35.

This is the same company selling glorified, unenhanced Atari 2600 games for $150 a pop.

Asteroids recharged is actually really fun! Definitely better than a mobile game.

Is it worth $35 on a cart for the switch is the real question then.

I think having only two of the Recharged games on a cart is the issue. They are all good games, and worth the $10 download (they are often on sale as well). $50 for the whole series sounds about right on a cart.
