Ironically, you have cut and pasted copyrighted images and trademarks from the various systems as graphics in your review sections, and all of your banners have copyrighted images of game characters.
That's different. He's using it for review, which is fair use, and they're plagiarizing, which is illegal and not fair use.
I worked for years at a university writing help centre, and a lot of the students who use that service come from cultures where plagiarism isn't an idea. I despise plagiarism, but trying to explain why it was wrong to people who don't come from a similar culture to me made me realize how difficult an idea it really is.
"No see, that isn't your idea there."
"Yes, I know that."
"Yeah, but your reader may not know that."
"Well you knew. You are a reader."
"Yes, but I'm good at this. Someone else might think it is your idea."
"Oh. Okay. So? If they ask me, I will tell them where it came from."
"Well, the author of that idea should get credit for it right when you use it."
"Oh yes, I am very grateful for their idea."
"No, they need you to reference them here, and to not say exactly what they said the exact way they said it."
"But surely they meant it the way they said it."
"Yes, but you should reword it in your own words."
"But then people might think it is my idea!"
"Not if you reference the original source of your idea!"
"But none of my ideas are my own. Everything I know came from somebody!"
"Yes... but not... high level... ideas... that... are complex... I guess."
