That's right. The drop-downs do not work at all with IE9.

I made some further adjustments and the menus should work in IE9 (and IE8 as well).  I was able to test IE9 on my PC.
Make sure your browser is NOT running in "quirks" mode!  This mode will prevent the menus from working!

Still not working on the iPad. It's doing exactly what snakeboy said.

I see what I did wrong.  The new hover code was not using the correct menu id.
I uploaded the fix.
Please clear your ipad cache and try again.  We'll get this thing working.

I was over my mom's house and tried this on her ipad.  Looks like the menu button is depressing but the drop-down menu is not appearing.

It occurred to me that I can test this on my wife's iphone now.  I'll work on it and let you all know when it's fixed.

Everything appears to be working fine on my iPad now.

No issues using IE 11.

I made some adjustments that should fix the touch screen issues.
When you tap on a menu on your touch screen it should appear now.
I tested it on my wife's iphone, but it's difficult due to caching issues (changes aren't always reflected right away).

Let me know what your experiences are.  Hopefully we can put this one to bed.
