Shadows of the Damned has you literally going to Hell and back to save your girlfriend.

Lollipop Chainsaw has the main character saving her boyfriend from zombies - although his head was the only thing she was able to salvage. He hitches a ride with her and is occasionally able to help her by having his head placed on other vacant bodies (which he can control for a limited period of time). There's a lot of back-and-forth banter between the two of them - some of it is cute and quite funny.

I couldn't think of any games that are specifically Valentine's day or at. Patrick's day themed. What a underrepresented market. Only recent leprechaun game I could find was Job the leprechaun for Wii u. Good luck
