Do U.S PSP games have a tear strip on their cellophane?

Random small question.

Do U.S PSP games have a tear strip on their cellophane?

It is my understanding that E.U games do, but I'm not sure about U.S games.

My reason for asking was that I ordered a new and sealed U.S PSP game; the first U.S one I've purchased.

The cellophane around it lacked the PSP tear strip seen on the E.U PSP games I had purchased up until that point, thus I was concerned that it was a fake or a reseal (I have ran into many over the years).

I've since found out that U.S PSP games don't have a tear strip like their E.U counterparts. Thus I no longer believe the game was questionable (though I haven't got around to unsealing it yet).

At least from what you're describing I've never seen a tear strip on my psp games. I have never imported a EU psp game though so I may be a bit confused on what you're talking about.
