Nintendo is giving away a free game for those who buy and register Mario Kart 8

Kind of torn on this. I've all but decided to make this my first purchase since buying the console thanks to this deal and hopefully to get in some Mario Kart action with you guys (We should ring out Mario Kart Wii while we still can first), but I don't know which game I want.

Wind Waker HD leads the list by a long shot where my interest is concerned, but I also know I'll want a hard copy of it eventually. And I'll pick up the retail version of Pikmin 3 as well someday since I enjoyed the earlier games.

So do I pick the game I want to play the most despite the download someday being completely unnecessary? Or select the game I'd likely never had bought to begin with (Wii Party U)?

Wish it had been eShop credits instead. Could've put them to good use on the Virtual Console.

I am getting Wii Party U - the tabletop games look pretty cool in that one, it should be some fun.

If you do not want the reward, offer it to some one on the board, and you can PM them the code. Maybe someone would even trade a $20 eshop card code for your WindWaker code.

Maybe I would do that.....

I want Pikmin slightly more than that, but only slightly. I downloaded Child of Light tonight, and need to get about, oh, a hundred more yet. Stick it to the Man and both NES remix games are the next ones on the "must have" list.

You maybe should hold off until after E3 to buy the NES remix games.....would not be surprised to see a physical release announced....

[/QUOTE]That's what I'm hoping for. Japan got a physical release so I've been holding off on getting NES Remix in the event that Nintendo will release it in America as well.
