Just a reminder if you have a gaming-worthy computer and didn't know this was happening. Try not to blow your whole paycheck [smile]

Eh, I spent the remainder or my Steam wallet on Ricochet. Too bad it's like Team Fortress Classic, it's nearly dead. It's sad to think Team Fortress Classic has died like this.

I'm surprised. Here I thought I was literally the only one who was sad to see TFC and Ricochet die.

I have had a look.  The only thing that seems okay so far is Terraria.  Though my pal bought me Metal Slug 3.

I got a few things so far:

- Borderlands 2 GOTY Edition: $9.99 (never played the first one but I've heard this one was better
anyway)

- Metro 2033: $2.99

- Skullgirls + DLC: about $6 (all DLC for this game is actually free for the first 3 months; there's currently one DLC character free and three more coming over the next year, so if you're curious I'd try to buy this game soon )

- Stanley Parable, The: $5.99

- Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death: $0.99 (a weird indie hack-and-slash that has a cult following; couldn't pass it up for that price)

There were a few games that I considered but just didn't pull the trigger on, like the new Deux Ex and the 2011 Mortal Kombat.

Good Old Games is having a sale as well.

They're offering up complete collections of games for 80% off.  If you check back throughout the day you'll find something you'll want.  <I know I have, maybe, a little too much>

I picked up all the Wing Commander games, Tales of Monkey Island, Back to the Future, To the Moon, Leisure Suite Larry Collection, and FTL Advanced.

Postal 2...it's one of the only games I went out of my way to get all the achievements for. For three months I played it nonstop. Good times.

I first played it a few years ago and I honestly got bored and lost interest after a few hours, i'm hoping that i'll like it better this time around.
