Also got these:
From Steam:
- Battleblock Theater/Castle Crashers pack: $2.49 (both games by The Behemoth; I've already played Castle Crashers, but one was basically free if you bought the other)
From Good Old Games (thanks for the heads up, ActRaiser)
- Jade Empire Special Edition: $2.99
- Shadow Man: $1.49
- Clive Barker's Undying: $1.49
That about does it for me; I may pick up something else if I see a deal too good to pass up.

First forum posting in a very long time.
Just wanted to thank ActRaiser for that link. I never heard of GOG and already bought a couple of games off flash sales.
I mostly like older games for my laptop to take on the go. It cannot run nor do I want it to run modern AAA titles.
I picked up 2 adventure games. Shadowman for $1.49 (I have it for N64 because in 1999-2000 my computer couldn't run the pc version and wow it's great), and Siberia 2 for $2.49. I think that game also made a console release around 04-05 on Xbox.
Finally, they just now offered Torchlight for free. By the time most of you will read this that would be gone

It's a flash sale after all.

I'm done. The sales aren't over yet (and I do have like $3.42 left in my Steam wallet, so I may get one more cheap game over the next few days), but I reached my limit. I ended up spending considerably more than I intended, but every game I bought was one that I really wanted. I justified it under the reasoning that I wouldn't be buying another game until Christmas, barring the possibility of getting a WiiU.
Also, if any of you haven't signed up for Good Old Games, do it now: they give you seven free games (of their choosing) just for signing up; all of their games are DRM-free; all of their games come with free downloadable extras (manuals, maps, soundtracks, artwork, etc.), although some games come with more than others; and you only pay for exactly what you buy (none of that Steam Wallet crap where you have to put at least $5 in every time, regardless of what your game costs).
Steam
Bioshock bundle (all three games, no DLC) - $10.19
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon - $3.74
F.E.A.R. (plus expansions) - $2.49
System Shock 2 - $1.49
GOG
Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition - $3.99
Torchlight - Free (thanks Gilly
)
I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream - $1.19
Penumbra Collection - $1.99 (The same people would went on to make Amnesia: The Dark Descent)
Duke Nukem 3D - $1.49

Yes, definitely go on GOG, they've got some great stuff there. They often sell the more "complete" versions of the game that are otherwise hard to find, for example if you get Splinter Cell on GOG, it comes with three additional missions(though unfortunately not the PS2 exclusive mission in the nuclear plant) that were originally only availible as a download from the original Xbox Live(long since defunct) or on the Ultimate edition in Europe(which is rare and expensive, and the less expensive version dosen't seem to work on PCs in the U.S.), also you can get the uncut versions of games like Indigo Prophecy.

I ended up using the last bit of money in my Steam wallet to buy Analogue: A Hate Story ($3.39) for a friend of mine. At the last minute I stopped at GOG and picked up the first 3 Thief games for about $6 total and Planetscape: Torment (which is supposedly one of the best RPGs ever and maybe the best-written game ever) for $3.99.
@PinMike8666
That's quite a haul. I liked what I played of Dust (although it was on the easy side). Double Dragon Neon has a great sense of humor and fun visual design, but I wish the fighting felt like it had more weight to it.
