Christmas Ideas

If you're going to ask for games for Christmas you'll need to do it soon. I was looking through the newspaper circulars this morning and scanning this year's crop.

There are a few slam dunks you can't really go wrong with:
PS4: Batman, Until Dawn, Star Wars Battlefront, Shovel Knight, Mortal Kombat X
Xbox One: Rise of the Tomb Raider, Halo 5, Rare Replay, Call of Duty Black Ops 3
Wii U: Mario Kart 8, Shovel Knight, Yoshi's Wooly World, Super Mario Maker

Then there are a lot of games I saw that I haven't played but look interesting.
Snoopy's Grand Adventure (Wii U)
Guitar Hero Live (PS4)
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 (XBox One)
Metal Gear 5: The Phantom Pain (PS4/Xbox One)
Need for Speed (PS4)
Blazblue (PS4, Xbox One)
Fallout 4 (Xbox One)
Lego Jurassic World (PS4/Xbox One)
Motorcycle Club (PS4)
The Witcher 3 (Xbox One)
Forza 6 (Xbox One)
Lego Dimensions (PS4)
Anybody played these? More ideas?

Also, don't forget to consult my Archives for other gift ideas including books, controllers, and retro-themed consoles like the Genesis and Atari Flashback.

I saw best buy has Rare Replays on black Friday sale for $20. I already have it or I would have scooped up a copy. Instead I ordered FIFA 16 for $29 and Dark Souls 2, Diablo, God of War and remastered for $19 each.

UPDATE: I just bought Forza 6 and Tony Hawk V for Xbone at Walmart Online for $25 each. Also walmart had better prices on FIFA 16 I think it was $25. Also they have a nice selection for $15 each of good older games for PS4/XBONE.
