Yeah, I agree with Voor. I've never put that much thought into what I'll play next. If it sounds good at the moment that is what I'm going to play. Still, I guess this is interesting. Not for me, but interesting.

It sounds like for the author it's partially about trying to decide what's worth playing for him personally, especially if he has limited time. Sometimes trying to figure out what game to play ( or movie to watch or book to read) can be time consuming. I liked the use of nostalgia as a factor. It's a factor that's going to affect everyone a little differently.

That looks like a lot of work. Just pick a game of the shelf and dont stop playing it until you beet it. Was, rinse, repeat.
