Critic: A physical release you might be interested in...
The Hotline Miami series is bundled together for PS4 and Vita. It is a Japanese import and I'm assuming it's a disc and not a download code. If you haven't heard of this series check them out, and if you have then maybe you'll want to pick this up. I'm definitely curious about your opinion because I think it's one of the few indie games that gets it right. The first is better in my opinion but the second is still worth playing.

I did some research on this and it is called the hotline Miami collectors (collected?) Edition. The first game is on there physically and the second is a download code through the Japanese psn store. I heard the first game is better than the second anyway so you get the better game physically which is cool. I might pick this up. I think it is on play Asia.

Still haven't played the second game (although I did recently purchase it during a Steam sale) but I think the first game is going to be seen as a stone-cold classic in the years to come. It also has one the best soundtracks I've ever heard (and this is coming from someone who worships Streets of Rage 2). The box art for this edition is worth the price by itself:

I'm intrigued but maybe you could discuss its gameplay and why I might like it?

I did a sort-of review of it a few years ago in the Now Playing section:

Hotline Miami is an odd case for the sequel (at least for me) improving literally nothing about the formula introduced in the original and instead introducing several new flaws. I found the first to be quite fun for the most part, but the second was much more of a slog to me.

Finished the first game. Brutally hard, you will die alot. That's the charm. Figuring out the best way to take everyone out and the best way out. Groovy tunes. Very violent, dark, and macabre storyline and setting. I didn't follow though.
Very similar to Gauntlet, with an 80s setting and theme. Smarter AI and all kinds of different weapons to use. Sure didn't deserve it's own physical release, it's not a huge game. And that's sad the second game is a download code. What is the point in that? MLB 15 and Minecraft are being sold this way. Empty Vita boxes with a piece of paper inside. Retarded.
