Mobile site tweaks

I really like the format of the game index page (Console Games button) on the mobile site which arranges the consoles by decade, so I went ahead and did the same with the "system review" link. They are consistent now which is good.

Still now sure if "Console Games" and "System Reviews" are the best button labels for those - I'm open to suggestions.

Also, I found some bad links, like a link to a Wii U system review that went nowhere. If you discover dead links or any other minor issues on the mobile site don't hesitate to bring it to my attention.

Not that "console games" and "system reviews" are really all that confusing but you could go with something like "game reviews" and "system reviews" if you're looking for more consistency.
