How do live streamers do it?

I mean, play the same game for hours and hours, day after day. One guy I watch has easily put 10,000 hours into Yoshis island. Another guy speedruns Ninja Gaiden for 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week. An average speedrun is 12-15 minutes. It's insane.

I love some games, but even get board with those after a couple of hours.
