Rainbow 6 Seige (online only)

Time for a rant. I love Rainbow 6. Great one player game. You against the insurgents for the moral fabric of society or you as the overlords of a failed and dying corrupt commercial government. You control a squad who look in through key holes and under doors. You find hostages and rescue them. The first two games were a lot of fun. If you do not want to play one player, you have terrorist hunt or stand red vs blue.
So why did Ubisoft chuck all of that out of the window and produced an online only game? Now what you get is red vs blue (prepare to get your rear handed to you). Or Terrorist hunt. Gone are the cameras that allow you to see under doors. Also you get no heat vision or goggles to look through smoke.
As a new game it is a dud. Why throw out all the cool stuff? Be aware if you get the game you are only getting half a game.
