Our artist Mark Jewell has returned and treated us to a brand new banner currently in the Halloween rotation.
Can you guess which Castlevania game it's inspired by?

"What is a man?" SotN is in my all-time Top 10, and yet that line didn't catch my attention at all back when I played it in the mid-2000s. I only recently learned that it had become a meme. I don't think it's that weird of a line though, especially compared to all the other bad translations out there, so I don't get the fascination by people on the internet. That being said, it's a great banner! Hopefully people get the reference.

It wasn't just a line; it was the voice acting that let someone turn it into a funny little minute-long YouTube video that was tailor-made for sharing. But I agree - as a line, it's nowhere near the most deserving in Castlevania of that "all your base"-level notoriety. (If it had been up to me, I would have picked "WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHT TO HAVE A CURSE.")
