AtGames Sega Genesis HD?

I was wondering if anybody picked this up or got it for Christmas? If so what are you thoughts. The reviews I have read are split down the middle. Some folks like it, some don't. I don't exactly need this thing as I have way too many games to play anyway and little time to play.
