I got a black DS Lite with these DS games: Elite Beat Agents, Starfox Command, Yoshi's Island DS.  I'm really pleased with these games.

For the 360, got the new Sonic and Gears of War.

For the PSP, got the Sonic for that.

So far, the 360 Sonic is shaping up to be a disaster, but the PSP version is kind of fun.  Stay tuned.

Atarifever.............Metal Slug Second Mission, Last Blade, and Snk vs Capcom are the first 3 games you should get for your NeoGeo Pocket. I'd say those are the 3 best games they ever made for it.

My sympathy to all you poor souls whom got Yoshi's Island DS..........you would have been better off getting a few lumps of coal..........

I'd didn't get any games for xmas. I didn't ask for any, I have too much on my plate as it is.

Yoshi's Island is a terrific game, while it may be overrated and not up to the quality of SMW, it beats most platformers easily, and the sequel is more of the same. So what's not to like?

I, too, got a black DS Lite for my son but his has a 'stuck' pixel on the top screen.  ARGH!  I'll have to take it back and exchange it this week.  Where's the quality control Nintendo?

I got a black DS Lite, a PSP, an Atari Flashback machine, $140 in Best Buy GCs, cash for a Wii, and the below games:

DS-
New Super Mario Bros (great game)
Metroid Prime Hunters (haven't played)
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (great game)

PSP-
Metal Gear Portable Ops (haven't played)
Exit (haven't played)
Dark Mirror (fun game)
Activision Hits Remixed (really cool)
Coded Arms (haven't played)
Underworld movie

I have to say, I am not please that I have to purchase a memory stick just to save games for my PSP. Lame.

My fiancee hates the first one and loves the DS one.  I don't know what I think because I haven't played it yet (I use the time I can pry it from her hands to play Sonic Rush, which is the best Sonic game since Sonic 2).

Regarding your Neo Geo PC picks, there's an online store selling Metal SLug 1st and 2nd mission for $15 or something, so I thought that'd be my first purchase.  I'd buy more for it right away, but with pending atariage purchases and a Wii to buy, I can't really swing it.

I thought the PSP came with a 32 mb memory card? That should suffice to save games on, no?

I recieved the GC version of Twilight Princess. Easily the best and the most FUN Zelda game I've played. Sometimes, when a game is delayed that long, you kind of lose interest in it, or figure to be  dissapointed, but, thankfully, not the case.

Also got Super Mario Strikers. Gotta love those GC firesales going on right now.
