Complex and hard to learn... good?

I do not have much time to play video games with the many responsibilities in my life (children, wife, job, bills, other hobbies, etc), so when I do sit down to play, I do not want to have to rack my brain on how to even get the damned thing started. I just want to play the game. Enjoy the hour I have put aside for gaming. Overly complex games get the boot from me.
