Boise St. blows an 18 point lead over Oklahoma, and then on Boise St.'s next drive, with under 2 minutes to play, on the first play from scrimmage, the receiver runs the wrong route and the pass is intercepted and run back for a touchdown, giving Oklahoma a 7 point lead with around a minute left.
Boise St. looks totally deflated, but gets back out there to attempt to score in one minute from their own 20 yard line. They get to the 50 with a few quick pass plays, but then stall on the 50 mostly because of Oklahoma's excellent pass coverage for 3 plays in a row. On 4th down, with 18 seconds left, they complete a pass to about the 30 yard line, the receiver catches the ball while running towards the center of the field (and slightly upfield), and then suddenly, in a planned manuever, pitches a lateral to another receiver who is flying full speed in the opposite direction, who runs it in for a TD.
In overtime, on its first posession, Oklahoma runs the full 25 yards for a touchdown on their first play. On Boise St.'s posession, they get a first down, then get to 4th down on about the 15, then throw sort of a fade route with the quarterback almost to the sideline, which just BARELY clears the defenders hands for a touchdown.
Here is the kicker: Boise St. decides to go for 2 to win the game instead of dragging this out any longer. They are at about center field, with the receivers stacked to the right of the quarterback, far from him, a running back behind him. He snaps the ball the second he gets to the center, and as he's dropping back, throws an perfect fake pass to the receivers, and in a perfect statutue-of-liberty play, holds the ball behind his back, where the running back grabs it and runs it in untouched.
And if that wasn't enough, that running back proposes to his girfriend on camera after being interviewed. It had to be the best game I have ever seen, and I am a college football-aholic.

The disgusting thing, I grew up in Oklahoma. After seeing the score in the third quarter I threw in a movie and never even bothered checking the score on my way to bed. Doh! [so depressed] Nice to hear that it was such a great game. I kind of wished pro football had a similar OT like setup.

Pro Football needs to run another quarter as their OT, That would be so much better with the final waning moments to be lived through again. Kickers are so good, whoever gets past the 50 the game is over

Yeah, Boise State has been a powerhouse offensive team for the last several years. Many mid major schools compensate for lack of recruiting power by having these gimmicky (and FUN) offenses. My alma mater, Bowling Green (first head coaching stop for Urban Meyer, btw) was one of the first schools to use the spread option.
