I didn't need to say anything about it. Preserving history is not an excuse for violating property rights, or any human rights frankly. I thought that should be understood by default.
IP holders will gladly preserve the history for a price when they find that it's economically feasible to do so. It's up to them to decide that, because it's their property.
I had to skip a lot of your comments, and I guess I should apologize for that. I wasn't even sure if they were serious a lot of the time. For instance, the comment about corporations not representing people -- that one is hard to follow up. Who do you think owns the corporation (and thus the corporate property)? Robots? There are plenty of stockholders here who wouldn't know how to take that statement either.
Thanks for the mirror comment by the way. Moving the debate away from the issues at hand and towards my character is almost as dishonest as the theft we're debating.
