I haven't actually seen any Nintendo Wiis in stores myself (besides the one I waited in line for), but I have seen a couple of PS3s. I think by March both systems will be easier to find.
As for the lineup, I think that Shawn is right...The Wii is looking good if you want all your Nintendo Franchises (which I don't mind), but the 3rd party stuff is looking weak.
With the runaway success that the Wii has been I expect there to be many more new games announced for the system in the upcoming months. Nintendo was able to push about 4 million units worldwide and by spring time they are expected to be anywhere from 7-11 million. Thats almost half of the total gamecubes that were sold. When you have a large install base, 3rd party software follows. If things continue it should be a better year for Nintendo than people are used to.

JLH makes a great point, something I didn't think of. I am not sure how many GC's were sold (30 million, not sure) but if the Wii continues to sell well that should garner more interest from 3rd party developers. Like I said elsewhere, if more games come out like Madden which makes great use of the controller with good gameplay then maybe I'll grab a Wii. But I need to see more then big N franchises to put me completely over the edge.
