PS2 Help

Hello, I have just recently purchased a new Slim PS2. While playing it I have noticed that some games make nosies like as if something is jammed. Anyone know how to fix this?

Um...it could also be the GAME, not the system. On Sonic Mega Collection for PS2, the Genesis games (ESPECIALLY Sonic one) often make weird whooshing noises when sonic jumps....it's not just me, happens to everybody. The games were poorly ported (from GENESIS-I've had no problem on the Game Gear ones); so make sure ALL of your games are making weird sounds. Also, I'd try cleaning then lens and discs with a dry fuzz-free cloth, and make sure your AUDIO cables are hooked up ok!
