Perfect S-Rank on last stage of Insane Mode on Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan
I don't know if you guys remember (at least among the few who read it), but I posted a review of a Japanese import game called Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! a few months ago. It was posted here. I also pointed out that there's an American version of the game called Elite Beat Agents (which I believe Dave is about to review).
Anyway, last night I scored a perfect S-Rank on the final stage of the hardest mode. The hardest mode actually features American female cheerleaders instead of Japanese male Ouendan. It was quite the feat. But then I accidentally turned it off before I could record proof of it. I was devastated. (Seriously!)
Today, after a meeting with a C++ library vendor at work, I decided to take a break and pulled the game back out again. The first time through I made yet another perfect S-Rank. In fact, it was a higher score than the one last night. I recorded video of it and posted it to Gamespot and Youtube. If you feel up to it, take a look. The Youtube video seems to download faster, but sometimes it's listed as unavailable for some strange reason, so one of them should work at any particular time:
