For some reason, I use Funkmaster V here and Cousin Vinnie everywhere else.

 

Funkmaster V:

I came up with this name because I am a bass player/lead singer, and of course with most bass players, I love funk and R&B music. "V" is from my name: Vinnie Vineyard. You might find it interesting to know I used to pro wrestle under this moniker.

 

Cousin Vinnie:
Out of high school, I used to work a lot of temp jobs downtown. The black folks always thought I was saying my name was Benny or Denny, so I would have to say, "No, like Cousin Vinnie" from the movie My Cousin Vinny. This stuck as my radio and stand-up comedy name, and in the band I'm in now, that's how I'm known around town. It's also part of my Atari 7800 website's name.

Cousin Vinnie... I mean Funkmaster V

Well I originally used Two_Of_Nine as I am a big star trek fan with two_of_nine being a borg designation. Forgot to use it for a few posts in the beginning and everyone knew me as andrew so the borg designation was dropped.

Former name(RememberShaqFu?): I picked this name because, about five Xmas's ago, I was working my first good paying job and I wanted to spoil everybody, including my friends. My six closest friends all received about $50 worth of gifts apiece, along with a novelty gift. Our friend, Jeremy, who happened to be the sort of "loser" of the group, got on our nerves at times because he never had a job, was the oldest of all of us, mooched off of us, etc. So, I decided to get him $50 worth of crap presents...ALL novelties!! Lol! If I recall, I got him:

 

List: ShaqFu(Genesis), a $.25 copy of a Richie Rich comic from Goodwill, One blue shoe(I gave the other to a friend as a perversion of the friendship bracelet trip), a vhs copy of Maniac Cop, a bottle of Suave shampoo, a plastic tote(he got so excited when he saw the box for it, the size of a tv...imagine the disappointment he felt when he opened it!! E.V.I.L. is I!!! LOL!!), a disposable camera from CVS, a McDonald's toy, a $5.00 gift card for McDonald's, and a few other junk gifts.

 

    Believe it or not, he was excited!! Anyway....
