Regarding the "commodore games system (gs)" - one is up for sale on eBay right now. The price tage with plenty of time left is $385 USD. Wow.

i have a pc engine but i´m planning to get a turbografx as well (unfortunatly they didn´t made it to europe) - which variant would you recommend?

It's hard to tell from the pics but there are small accent lights under each of the shelving units to light each console with the right amount of infrared light (have to trust me on that one). I am awaiting the gaming shelving untis to come in this week and will snap a few picks of the games and big screen set-up.
All games are run through one of three (3) adaptor (component/av/rf) and can connect by simply taking the unit off the shelf and putting on a gaming table (connection wires/adaptors) for all connection types are 20 feet long so you can play every system fine with a big screen). The original boxes for all are stored separately in bubble wrap. I got some small mailing boxes for each game console to hold the respective power cord/video connector/etc. so the original boxes/packing material are not touched at all. I store these in a closet off of this room.
