Message board slowness?

Has anybody noticed that the message boards have become far less responsive over the last few weeks or so. Especially when approving messages, it can take a few seconds for the screen to refresh, and it's aggravating.

This is probably a computer problem, but my computer has actually restarted on 3 separate occasions while I'm typing a post. It hasn't happened on any other site, and it only happens when I'm typing. I haven't experienced slowness, but if anyone could help me with this that would be great.

I have not seen any slowness on the boards. Might be thee computer.

Whats up with all the 'access denied' screens? I get em all the time, unless viewing messages at 5am.
