Ok, I took everyone's suggestions to heart and changed the right navigation bar. I adjusted the colors. I changed the border to 3 pixels. I broke up the bar into sections. I think I find the font problem one user reported (let me know!!)
So what do you guys think about it now??

Fantastic. I had no problem finding the forums, the font looked good, and the search function was sitting in the right spot.

Argh! If it ain't broke don't fix it! I liked the columns just the way they were, sorry, but now I must scroll to get to the forums and it takes 3 times as long to load the graphics in this way... before this was the ONE site that came up quickly!
In your defense, I'll admit that the bar now LOOKS much better, but I'd rather have a butt-ugly bar that loads quick and is easy to use then a pretty updated one that's a pain. (I also realize most people here have more modern machines than I do- an old 1990's iMac..)
Bring back the old VGC style!

Oops...I apoligize VGC, when I saw a big black space next to the selection boxes I assumed the Newest game graphics had not loaded. I didn't realize you have them all UNDER the bars now.
But as a graphic artist I have to wonder, WHAT are you going to do about all that empty black space? It looks awful and newcomers will not know recent reviews lurk unseen down the page...
You need to either go back to the smaller boxes or design the boxes so they fill the whole page. *sigh*... I know, WE the users are responsible for griping in the first place about you needing "rounded corners, colour change, etc...." .... seriously, you still need to tweak it or go back. The new banners rule, but I didn't think the rest of the page was bad at all. Well, you know I'LL keep coming no matter what. Content still rulez!

Alienblue, I don't know what you're referring to concerning the formatting. Let me know what browser you're using and please be more detailed.

No,no, VGC! I am not talking about the black space that seperates the game pics, THAT is GOOD! .... ok, anybody else having the site come up like this? Maybe it IS just my computer (it's not the browser on it I've tried others)....The boxes that say HANDHELDS, FORUMS, SEARCH, etc... are all piled on top of the screen ON THE LEFT....on the RIGHT is just EMPTY black space. THAT is what I'm reffering to, but like I said maybe it's just the teeny pixie size of my screen. If so, I apoligize again (I'm the humblest person in the universe!); the new boxes DO look good, I was just wondering about that black hole!
