I just picked up Wario Ware: SM last night and OMFG, is this game fun!! I have played every WW game(even the lousy GBA-GC port) and this is the most fun I have had with the series, by far!
Actually, Shawn, the psp came out just a month after the DS hit Japan(Nov. for the DS, Dec. for the psp) and four months after the ds hit here....not quite a year. Besides, the sega genesis came out a couple of years(I believe) ahead of the snes and the snes won worldwide, albeit by a small margin. The genesis sold better in the US but the snes edged it out worldwide. Nobody(including you, if I recall) expected the DS to be the success it is. I'm not assuming the Wii is going to take the top, same as I'm not assuming the ps3 or 360 will, but I'm not completely discounting it...as you are. It does not really matter as you will think the Wii sucks no matter what it gets, no matter what it does. As I have said, I could care less if you like or dislike the system, but it seems as if you go out of your way to post on topics you know you could care less about. It's funny because you post more on the Nintendo topics than the Sony topics. Besides, what did you say not that long ago about being too hard on the system, that you were going to try to cool it? You continue to slag them whenever the opportunity presents itself. We get it, you don't like mini games, but some people do...heck, enough people to warrant sequels. To be honest, Shawn, I don't like first person shooters, but I'm not going to constantly use Red Steel, Far Cry, and CoD3(horrible games, by the way) as my leverage to bash a system. You can call me whatever you wish to call me, but at least I have acknowledged that the Wii has it's faults. You're like a secret service agent for the PS3....jumping in front of it, full-throttle, anytime somebody throws any sort of barb at it. Honestly, to you, does the system have any flaws because you spend more time griping about the flaws of a system you will most likely NEVER pick up for any other reason than to fulfill an obligation than you do for a system you actually have. If you don't want one, don't get one...otherwise, stop whining!
