I can’t believe this exists. Both in the fact that they believed there are a lot of game gear fans out there, and the wild execution.

But.....get nintendo to release a normal sized GBA SP classic with 20-30 preloaded games for $80 and I’m all over it!!!

Why does this thing exist? What a rip off!

Maybe next time they'll include one game per console, and make you preorder all 16!

It is kinda cool but it is too small looks like it will fit in a child's hands not a adults i think they missed the boat here they had a chance to make a much more compact Game Gear with rechargable battery, higher quality display and a cartridge slot it just pales in comparison to the Gameboy Micro. I am unsure i will bother with these count me in if they revise it to be larger and accepts cartridges.

The screen is 1.15 inches. Fortunately I’m one-quarter Mantis Shrimp so I should be fine but those with human vision will suffer.

The screen size on this thing is ludicrous. It's like those tiny arcade keychains. $10, cool, collectible novelty. More than that, I don't think so!

Just measured, a ‘Forever’ postage stamp is 2.25 inches diagonally (this device 1.15 inches diagonal), so this screen is about half the size of a postage stamp. The entire device is 3.15 inches wide, 1.7 inches tall.

It’s reminds me of the scene in ‘This is Spinal Tap’ where they build Stonehenge 18 inches tall instead of 18 feet.

The best part of this, even if you could somehow tolerate playing action games on something this tiny, the text in those rpgs will be unreadable (and not just because you don't know Japanese).
